The company (Willow Properties Thetford Limited) was established in January 1999. Originally at based Harlow,  the company moved head office to Thetford in 2001, we operate satellites offices in Peterborough and London.

This enables us to support clients throughout East Anglia, East Midlands and London. All hygiene operatives reside locally to clients often with a few miles of the premises. 2017 we attained ISO 9001 accreditation. 2024 saw us win the most trusted cleaning company in Norfolk award.
